Raising funds in the age of COVID
Due to COVID-19, Coatesville Kids to College was forced to cancel their annual fundraising banquet as well as the associated silent benefit auction.
Instead, they quickly shifted to an online platform and enlisted Big Picture Studio to structure and manage their events online.
We branded each respective event (Virtual Banquet in May, and Silent Auction in July), built out the platforms, and hosted the communications efforts for both events.
Along with CKC, we're thrilled to report that the events combined matched (and almost surpassed) what they would have raised at their single in-person banquet event.
This is exciting and gratifying, and we're so grateful for the donors and sponsors who supported these efforts for this great organization.
